Jim Chapman is an exceptionally experienced VFX and graphical localisation specialist, with more than 15 years of expertise across film, television, and digital media production. Currently serving as Vice President of Graphical Localisation and VFX at EIKON Group Limited, he is the figurehead of the creative and production teams across London and Los Angeles, delivering the highest-quality visual content for global audiences.

Specialising in high-end graphical localisation and visual effects, he creates premium title redesigns, main title sequences, in-picture localisation, and censorship versions for international distribution across film and streaming platforms. His work supports major Hollywood studios and global entertainment clients including Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, The Walt Disney Company, Netflix, and Apple.

Jim oversees the creation of title work for major day-and-date trailer campaigns across multiple languages and delivery platforms, including theatrical, online, and social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Working within highly condensed schedules, he regularly manages and delivers campaigns totalling more than 500 assets while maintaining studio-level creative and technical standards.

Since joining EIKON in 2014, he has progressed through multiple senior creative and leadership roles, including Designer and VFX Production Manager, before stepping into his current executive position in 2018. His expertise spans graphical localisation, visual effects production, compositing, motion graphics, workflow management, budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership.

Alongside his creative and operational responsibilities, he also contributes to the development of bespoke software tools and custom Adobe After Effects scripting solutions designed to improve efficiency, streamline production pipelines, and refine workflows for large-scale localisation and VFX projects.

Prior to EIKON, he worked at Deluxe Digital Cinema EMEA, where he advanced from Junior Digital Artist to Senior Digital Artist, developing extensive hands-on experience in compositing and digital finishing. He also began his career as a Roto Artist at The Senate VFX.

Jim is uniquely skilled across industry-standard creative tools including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Mocha Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve. Combining technical precision with creative problem-solving, he continues to deliver visually compelling work at scale.
